Tommy Light - President
Tommy Light, originally from Boone, is a licensed cosmetologist. His love for film, theatre, and music have been inspirational to him as he continues to enjoy being "behind the scenes" in local presentations. He has worked in television production, hair, makeup, and set design. He enjoys connecting with the High Country community while serving as Board Chairman of BRCT.
Christy Dunne - Treasurer
Long-time resident and business owner, Christy Dunne serves as Treasurer of BRCT. She has a passion for the arts, fashion, make-up, and set design. She loves landscaping and spending time with her dogs.
Lexi Plantone
Lexi Plantone is an alumni of Appalachian State University. She has made Boone her home while working in Human Resources at High Country Community Health. Having majored in communications, she enjoys public speaking and connecting with an audience and is happy to
command our social media presence. She greatly enjoys live theatre, art, and concerts.
